We firmly believe in Hide My WP Ghost and stand behind it 100%. However, we acknowledge that every site is different, and the plugin may not perform the same on all websites. If the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund if the request is made within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase.
Note!
We offer a lite version of Hide My WP Ghost for testing purposes. We strongly recommend using the lite version to ensure compatibility with your server configuration before purchasing the premium version.
Refund Process
- Request Period: Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refund requests will be processed.
- Issue Resolution: We may ask for the opportunity to resolve the issue that led to your refund request.
- Cancellation: By requesting a refund, you agree to cancel your Hide My WP Ghost paid subscription, losing access to its protection.
- Upgrades and Renewals: Refunds also apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. You may request a refund within 24 hours after payment for upgrades/renewals.
- Processing Time: PayPal refunds typically occur within 24 hours. Credit card refunds take approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
