Policy for Purchasing Unlimited Websites Plan

By purchasing our unlimited websites plan must adhere to the following additional terms:

  • Usage Restrictions: The unlimited plan is intended solely for agency use and must not be resold or redistributed to third parties outside the agency. Agencies are only allowed to add proven clients with an active working relationship.
  • Compliance: Agencies must ensure all websites using Hide My WP Ghost comply with our terms and policies. Only agencies with an active working relationship with clients may add those clients to the unlimited plan.
  • Support: Initial support is included for the first website owned by the agency. Additional support for subsequent websites will incur a fee.
  • Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with these terms. Misuse of the plan may result in suspension or termination of the agency’s subscription without a refund.
  • Payment and Renewal: The unlimited websites plan is subject to the same payment and renewal terms as individual subscriptions. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension of all services under the plan.
  • Liability: Agencies are responsible for any violations of these terms by websites under their management. Indemnification provisions apply to agencies as they do to individual subscribers.
  • Unfair Competition: Agencies are prohibited from selling Hide My WP Ghost products at a price that undercuts our standard pricing. Such actions constitute unfair competition and harm our business.

Notification of Unfair Competition

Suppose we identify that an agency is engaging in unfair competition by selling Hide My WP Ghost products at a reduced price. In that case, we will immediately terminate the agency’s subscription without a refund.
